Return and Exchange Policy

All Items ordered take 1-2 weeks to be delivered, dependent on your location. 

 We hope every customer to be satisfied with our product, but if you are not satisfied, it’s ok, just contact us by email within 48 hours to return and exchange on condition that : 
 Firstly, you haven’t cut the lace.
 Secondly, the unit is in its original state,no cut, no water or hair products (including shampoo, conditioners, hair spray, mousse, oils, etc.) have been applied to the unit. 
Thirdly, contact us and show us pictures about the unit and lace before sending it back. We will refuse to sign for the package if you send them back without our permission! Besides, you will be responsible for all the losses arises from.
 If you meet these requirements, then you can send the unit to the place we provide.

Note:  Please ship item(s) with shipping insurance as Hairevent is not responsible for item(s) lost by carriers.

Several things to notice for the exchange:

Firstly, exchange can be done in the same style, if you want to exchange a different style, you need to pay us difference
Secondly, you can change the eligible unit for free, no restocking fee for the exchange!
Thirdly, you need to pay shipping cost to ship your new order to your door.


We don't afford any shipping cost (shipping to you or shipping back)

We will ship or make the new one for you after receiving your returned unit and after shipment, will tell you the tracking number.
